This is Phase One of a section of the redevelopment plan we have long been working on with Atlas Stark for the New Bern project. This section includes revamping 85,000 sq. ft. of existing retail space and constructing 6,900 sq. ft. of new retail space. Aslan Ventures is the majority owner and has a controlling interest in the New Bern project.

There is a lot of new life coming to the New Bern corridor, and we are excited to be a part of it.

Pictured are the before-and-after photos of the recent acquisition of 3521 Haworth Dr, which is located inside the beltline from North Hills. We closed on Thursday, May 15th, and the tree work to unlock the property’s value of being located on Six Forks Road began the following Tuesday. We are pleased with the swift action of Atlas Stark in transforming the new property. The next phase includes painting the building, as well as sealing and stripping the parking lot. Next, we move inside to create an open and modular office space for those who want to be close to downtown, within walking distance of North Hill, and with easy access to 440.
