Congrats to the happy buyer!!!

Cool story behind this one- I had been working with Achanté for a couple months when she told me a house she loved came back on the market. It just so happened that this house is 5 doors down from me, and she loved it, so I knew we had to make it the one. We were able to step in after another buyer’s financing sadly fell through and get the deal done. This included agents and myself maneuvering to make a deal happen on Christmas Eve! And in just 3 weeks from accepted offer, it’s a happy closing for all sides.

First and foremost congrats to Achanté!!! You so deserve this and so happy to have you as a neighbor! Definitely want to give a massive shoutout to both agents, Kiana Rose and Paula Welch, Realtor. Again, negotiated this thing on Christmas Eve! That is dedication. Thank you as well to Percy Law Group for an amazing job with the closing. And of course my team at MBA who I’ll speak more on in a separate post.
