I have been in the insurance industry for 13 years, as an independent agent (or broker), not "a captive agent". That means that I represent my clients and work for them, I don't work for an insurance company.
I have dozens of "A rated" companies at my disposal. So if my clients aren't satisfied with their current company because of increased rates, I can simply move them to another company.
My clients also love the fact that they don't have to call a 1-800 number but can contact me personally for any questions, concerns, or policy changes.
When I get a potential client looking for a quote, I typically can save them money 80% of the time.
I pride myself on excellent customer satisfaction and putting YOU - my clients, first - ahead of the company.
