Recruiting Manager
We are hiring a licensed Recruiting Manager to help identify, attract, and develop new sales talent across our organization.
A valid Life and Health insurance license is required for this position.
Compensation includes a $500/week development stipend for the first six months. After the initial ramp-up period, the role transitions to a commission and performance-bonus compensation model, with earnings tied to recruiting results, team growth, and production benchmarks.
This role is best suited for someone who is self-directed, competitive, comfortable with outbound recruiting activity, and motivated by performance-based income.
