Our Musical Sound Bath & Sit and Be Fit event at Lake Forest Community in Fort Pierce was an amazing experience filled with calm, movement, and positive energy. 🧘‍♀️💫

Everyone enjoyed gentle exercises, soothing sounds, and a peaceful time to recharge the mind and body.

We had a wonderful time at the Golden Ponds Health Fair this Wednesday, October 22! 🩺✨

Together with our amazing partners Better Life, CapTel Phone, Encompass Health, VIPcare, Council of Aging St. Lucie, Geriatric Solutions, Royal Care Pharmacy, Suncoast Solutions, and many more we shared valuable health resources with the community. We also provided fresh fruits, vegetables, and breakfast for everyone to enjoy while learning about ways to stay healthy and connected. 🍎🥦☕
