Congratulations to our very own Kisha Oakes on being accepted into Ponca City Leadership Class 39!

We are thrilled to announce that the participants for Leadership Ponca City Class 39 have been selected!

We had a tremendous group of applicants this year, making the selection process one of the most competitive and impressive in recent memory. Our Class 39 Chairs — Sean Grigsba, Molly Kyler, and Erica Fetters — were tasked with the incredibly difficult job of narrowing down a group of passionate, capable leaders to fill a limited number of spots.

The selection process was thoughtful, deliberate, and comprehensive. Every application and interview was reviewed with great care, considering each candidate’s leadership potential, community involvement, diversity of perspective and experience, and ability to participate and contribute meaningfully to the group dynamic. Our Chairs genuinely wished there was room for every applicant in Class 39.

Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share more information about the outstanding individuals who make up LPC Class 39 and watch their leadership journeys unfold!
