PSA - Recent Flooding & Insurance Claims Assistance

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that if you need assistance with flood INSURANCE claims or have questions about how to start the process, I am available. Whether you are my current customer or not I want to be a valuable resource that is there when you need me. Call my cell phone directly 954-649-2310.

Here are some suggestions:

- Auto Insurance: the claims phone # is usually on your ID cards. Call that # asap to get at the front of the line. They will need your policy # which is also on the card

- Flood & Home Insurance: Flood claims are damage from rising water from the ground. Any other water is typically your home Insurance.. ex- tree branch damaged the roof, wind lifted tiles and caused a leak. Find your Dec Page and call the claims #.
***If you can't find that, but know who the insurance company is you can go to their website or call me. I have all that info.***

- Make sure you document all damage and damaged items with photos and videos. This will make it easier for the insurance company to pay you to replace and fix the damage.

Another tough day in the Insurance World!! Got to hang out at Port Marina and then go to lunch at Waxy O'Connors!! Port Marina is a Rack Boat Storage where there are NO forklifts. There is a crane that picks your boat up and puts it in slot selected .... just like a vending machine!! PRETTY IMPRESSIVE OPERATION. This definitely falls under "Cool Things in Ft Lauderdale!!!"

It is so cool to see projects before they are built. This one will be right across from Shooters on the Intracoastal off of Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. Condos will start at just over $1MM and the best Penthouse will be $4.2MM. There are 16 docks that cost $400,000 each. 3000 Waterside is set to break ground in September and estimated completion date of January 2025!!
