🔦 Core Value in Action: Initiative Through Ownership
At SFMC Home Lending, one of our core values is taking initiative through ownership. We believe that real impact happens when team members step up, lead through change, and support others in delivering their best work.
This core value was recently demonstrated through the leadership of Michael Chalker, Matthew Royal and Diana Gonzalez during the rollout of our new CRM platform.
Change is never easy, especially when implementing new technology across an organization. But instead of simply reacting to challenges, they stepped up and helped lead the transition.
From hosting weekly Friday training sessions and open discussions to helping troubleshoot issues and guide adoption, they have brought consistency, calm leadership, and a solutions focused mindset throughout the process.
Their efforts are helping drive stronger adoption, smoother integration, and ultimately a better customer experience at scale.
