Meet Sada. Sada is 6, and she is Kindergarten in Korah, Ethiopia. She is the little girl that my family sponsors through the nonprofit organization our friends have started, Caring for Korah. In January, I will have the opportunity to go meet her and the other children sponsored through this group, along with my mom and two dear friends. We will be going the week of the 1st through the 7th, so that we can be there before Ethiopian Christmas on the 6th. I need to raise about 2000 dollars to go, so it's time to start fundraising again! I will be reposting my menu and I will be baking again soon! So any way y'all can help me out is greatly appreciated!

Hey guys!! I just posted a few pictures from our trip to Honduras here on my page. I also have some on MY facebook too. But thank you all once again for supporting me and sending me there. It was so amazing, way more so than I could have imagined, and I imagined some pretty great stuff! There were definitely some ups and downs, but God used them all! I'd be happy to tell anyone and everyone more about all we did, just ask me! I love to talk about it, so be ready to hear a lot if you do!! Haha, but you guys are amazing! I'll be keeping you guys updated with what's happening next, and once we have a quiet moment, I have some things to post about Tanzania too! Love you guys!

Hey guys! I just wanted to thank you all once again for all your support in this adventure! Whether you were a faithful customer or you followed along with all my posts in prayer, Thank you so much! It's because of your help that God allowed me to reach fully funded for this trip to Honduras. I never could have made it without Him, and I'm so glad he blessed me with y'all as the means to reach my goal!

Heads up: our plane for Tegucigalpa, Honduras leaves early Monday morning. We'll be back here in sunny Louisiana on the following Sunday evening. Our team would appreciate your prayers very greatly! I'm so excited to see how God is going to use us this week, and i'll be sure to post pictures and stories when we get back!

I love you guys sooo much, and once again, i cannot thank you enough for all your love, support, and prayers!

Mardi Gras Cake Balls! They are filled cake balls, and they taste like King Cake! Filled with a cinnamon-cream cheese filling, and decorated in purple, green and gold!

(I can make them unfilled too, that's the way I like them!)
