just a tip, if you have a new tax preparer this year, and they would like to see last year's return (to gather your info and see if there are any carry forward amounts) and you are unable to find/ obtain your return, did you know you can get it directly from the irs. (well a transcript anyway that will suffice) You creat an account on the irs.gov website.
