Reminder from the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations to file your annual report for 2025. Filing your annual report is a critical step in maintaining your business registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

You can easily file your annual report online through the Department of State's website: https://file.dos.pa.gov/

The deadline for filing this form depends on the type of association:

Corporations (business and nonprofit) / domestic and foreign Jan. 1 – June 30
Limited liability companies / domestic and foreign Jan 1 – Sept. 30
Limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, business trusts, professional associations/domestic and foreign Jan. 1 – Dec. 31

Failure to file an Annual Report will result in the administrative dissolution, termination or cancellation of the business registration and loss of name protection.
