Great news everyone. At the end of the meeting last night, Jessica Bueno resigned, so we no longer need to finish our recall efforts. Thanks to everyone that helped gatherer signatures, spoke out and stood up. Maricopa County Superintendent will appoint a replacement. Next year Trujillo and De La Rosa will be up for reelection so I encourage everyone to be involved and pay attention when that time comes as we have seen, elections have consequences and we can’t afford apathy and another election canceled due to lack of candidates that gathered enough signatures to run.

This Sunday at 2:30, one of our circulators and someone very experienced in petitons are going to have canvas lists for north of Thomas south of Thomas and the area around McDowell 15th Ave. to seventh Avenues She will do a quick training if anyone is new to this so we all are doing it properly. If anyone is interested in attending, at the very least to train on how to make sure we are doing the signatures correctly, please let me know. The quick meet up will be at the 19th ave and Thomas crossroads.

Below are the links to the recall petition and the signature/circulator pages. You must print the signature/circulator pages (double sided) and staple the petition page to the front of that. Please fill out the circulator information as well.

All signers must be registered voters and reside in the Phoenix Elementary School District #1 boundaries. A boundary map is below. If anyone needs printed copies, let us know.
