Super Bowl Week AND Special Rate Reductions?!

Rocket is revealing our rebranding on Super Bowl Sunday, and I invite you all to come along with me on this country road and watch our new commercial.

In celebration, we are having an amazing Rate Reductions this week and I wanted to shout it out from the rooftops as the pricing today through Tuesday will absolutely knock your socks off (just like the guys will get on the field this Sunday).

I will be around in the evenings and the weekend, so please have your clients reach out should they like to compare, or if they are just getting under contract as I believe this pricing will be better than almost any lender can offer!

The bond market is the primary driver of mortgage rate movement and normally, "weakness" equates to higher rates.  Bonds are slightly weaker today compared to yesterday afternoon, but mortgage rates nonetheless managed to move lower.  What gives? Timing is partly to blame...
