Since December 2022 I have been working on a thought I had since 2021 regarding a way to help everyone in the real estate industry, from the First-Time Homebuyer to the Commercial Property Owner, or even the first year realtor to a successful builder and everything in between. What do Clients not like about the process in general? What about Realtors? Investors? Title Agents? We all have things in
the industry we like and don't like when we deal with our profession and a lot of the things we don't like, we simply can't change or do anything about because it is literally out of our control. I have gotten feedback from realtors & business owners who worked with me recently and in the past and asked 2 simple questions.

2. What is your biggest issue you see in the industry? They all had the same response:
Communication & Transparency. They told me they continue to work with me due to that I give them and their clients, the transparency and communication they deserve. Too many times I have heard that Loan Officers, Realtors, Title Agents, and Banks go days without communication of good news or bad news, when in reality bad news must travel just as quick, if not quicker, then good news. It makes me happy that I am able to provide such an experience. People are much more likely to work with you if you are honest, upfront and transparent regardless of how hard it may be to deliver the news. Don't give people false hope especially when it involves a family's home! ❤
This is why I am happy to announce Priest Property Services! I created this business to connect people together without feeling pressured into moving forward right then and there. To provide the mortgage information that is so hard for people to get without a big company hassling them to pull credit with out fees. To connect a family with a realtor who is not in it for the commission but to make sure the family gets into the home of their dreams regardless of how long it may take. All in all, I created Priest Property Services to provide a One-Stop Spot for information in the industry and eventually integrate market updates without the stress.
