TerraFab launches in less than 7 days.

A new AI chip fabrication initiative tied to Elon Musk is expected to power the next generation of AI hardware.

TerraFab aims to manufacture massive volumes of chips for:
• Tesla autonomous driving
• xAI training clusters
• SpaceX satellite and data systems

If successful, it could reduce reliance on external fabs like TSMC and Samsung Electronics.

People still don’t understand this, so let’s be clear.

Michael Saylor doesn’t have margin loans.
Strategy holds Bitcoin using convertible debt, most of which doesn’t mature until 2028–2030.

That means:
• No margin calls
• No forced selling tied to BTC price
• No liquidation wick

Bitcoin could nuke to $1 tomorrow and bounce back — nothing forces them to sell.

Even $11,500 BTC doesn’t trigger liquidation.

The only thing that can force selling is time.

If Bitcoin stays deeply depressed for years, and refinancing becomes impossible as convertible debt maturities approach, then Strategy may be forced to sell — not because of price, but because capital markets close.

So stop asking “what price liquidates Saylor.”

Price doesn’t liquidate them.
Time does.
