Itโ€™s that time of year again โ€” donโ€™t let these sneak up on you ๐Ÿ‘‡

โœ”๏ธ March 2, 2026 - Provide Form 1095-C to eligible employees
โœ”๏ธ March 2, 2026 - Paper filing deadline (if filing 10 or fewer returns)
โœ”๏ธ March 31, 2026 - Electronic filing deadline

Important: If youโ€™re filing a combined total of 10 or more information returns (including 1094-C & 1095-C), youโ€™re required to file electronically.
If deadlines fall on a weekend or holiday, they move to the next business day.

If youโ€™re an employer with 50+ full-time equivalent employees, youโ€™re subject to the Affordable Care Actโ€™s reporting requirements.

That means:

โœ”๏ธ Monitoring measurement periods
