I am writing today to express a huge gratitude to Local Good - through a friend sharing this local grant initiative to me, I was able to apply and receive help towards a very behind PECO bill during extremely taxing financial times in a relatively short amount of time. It will help me get back on track with payments and allow me to make sure I don't lose electricity during the winter.

Dear Friends, Making A Progressive Philadelphia (M.A.P.P.) hopes to give out 20 grants - totalling $20,000! - this year throughout the city of Philadelphia. We can only do this with your help! Please join us on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22nd, from 4-7pm, at CANTINA DOS SEQUNDOS (931 N. 2nd Street). The Cantina will donate 20% of Happy Hour proceeds to M.A.P.P.! Giving money to people with a purpose.
