We hire very few people, and are up to date on all of the current marketing strategies, so the opportunities are there for you to make great money!

We are looking for a natural sales person. Someone who is upbeat, a good listener, calm, and can carry on a conversation effortlessly. You need to have a background in Sales for this position.

We are looking for a full time associate to take on the following tasks:

Speak to homeowners and potential sellers about selling their homes.
Run comparables and utilize spreadsheets to determine good offers.
Execute different marketing campaigns.
VERY light assistant/property manager duties (No more than 2 ½ hours a day)
Compensation:

Most sales jobs are commission based only. We offer a yearly salary of $12,000, as well as a $2000 commission per sale that you close (Typically 1-3 per month).

This job will start off with you reporting to our home for training, and eventually you will be able to work mainly from your own home.
