The Case of the Missing Paystub

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Dave, an amazing client eager to buy his first home. Everything was lined up perfectly—his credit was solid, income verified, and assets well-documented. There was just one final piece needed: his most recent paystub.

After a friendly reminder, Dave assured he'd send it over that night. However, it slipped his mind not just once, but twice. When I reached out again, Dave admitted to a slight mishap - the paystub had met its fate in a washing machine accident, turned into nothing but a soggy ball of paper pulp!

Complicating matters, Dave's employer was a bit old-fashioned—no digital records, all paychecks and stubs were handwritten. Dave had to wait for his busy boss to find the time to issue a new one. With some persistence and a bit of begging, we finally got the document we needed.

Upon closing, I made sure to give Dave a laminated copy of his closing disclosure—because some lessons are best learned the hard way: Always check your pockets before doing laundry!

I am also taking action - the first jobs to be replaced will be those that fail to adopt or comprehend AI. Acquiring skills in AI development, utilization, and interaction is vital to maintaining a competitive edge.

I would like to introduce you to our first bot - Scouty. I have spent a significant amount of time with him over the last several weeks designing, building and perfecting our recruiting and expansion model. This took me down from three weeks of full concentration to about a total of 6 hrs!!!
