Ohhh.. Btdubs hopefully I've gotten asked this for the last time like EVER.

Tim Lee, aka Woodsy (and referred to himself at times as 'Hippie' though I never heard anyone else call him as such) has absolutely no connection with itshippie LLC, HS Variety Shoppe, Hippie Stuff or ANYTHING else I'm connected with in ANY way shape or form. We've sold his items on consignment for a short holiday period before, as he sold some of ours (though failed to meet the obligations we BOTH agreed upon) over the course of a summer at various events. At that point we parted ways. He did not help us form ANYTHING. He is CERTAINLY NOT a partial owner in ANY WAY. And the only financial ties he would have to this venture would be in the form of debt, which I had written off long ago (though he did pay enough that I broke even and retained my initial investment, which I'm thankful for and saw as a good opportunity to assuredly cut ties altogether, forever).

I'm normally could care less about heresay, but I've worked very hard to build this. I've been extremely selective of who I do business with. And I absolutely refuse to be connected to a variable like this repeatedly. I take pride in the integrity we've been able to maintain, while forming at a questionable time in a hopefully soon to be ended unnecessary prohibition.
