I just wanted to update you on a couple of very positive and interesting facts in regards to you buying real estate here in Massachusetts. The market has CHANGED on a dime it seems and here are those statistics:

1) Inventory of homes for sale in Massachusetts today is 17,453. 1 year ago that number was 14,526. That’s 20% more homes are on the market today than a year ago today. It is also even higher than 2016. Crazy how quickly it changed.
2) Mortgage rates over the past 30 days have also started to drop. The 10-year bond yield, which many times also follows the direction of 30 year fixed rate mortgages, has fallen from 3.23 to 3.07 in just the past month.
