The Ashton dining room is proof of what the right visionβ€”and a little renovation magicβ€”can do.

We transformed this dated, crowded space into a bright, open dining area that flows beautifully into the kitchen and living spaces.

New LVP flooring, fresh paint, updated finishes, and a whole new sense of openness completely changed the feel of this room.

Nothing makes us happier than hearing that our guests loved their stay! ❀️

Nancy recently stayed at one of our True Blue rentals in Pawleys Island and shared:

β€œOne of the nicest units we have rented in True Blue. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated access to the pool and beach accessories.”

What started as a tired, worn-out outdoor space is now one of the standout features of our Ashton project. We replaced the old, deteriorating deck with a brand-new two-tier deck, creating a whole new outdoor living space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the backyard.
