The FP/EH JV Falcons our in the Championship ! The JV Falcons become the 1st FP/EH team to make the MCYFL finals with a HUGE COME back against Hacketstown and will face the defending champs Mt Olive Sunday at 2 pm at Mt Olive High School !
It was the tale of 2 half’s - The falcons went down 12-0 in the 1st half but never wavered and dug deep and went on 13-0 run in 2nd half to squeak out the Victory
Paulie carsillo carried the ball 18 times for 121 yards and 2tds - Tyler Ciasullo had a huge day , making several key plays including a 20 yard reception with time running out to put the game out of reach for Hacketstown - Tyler touched the ball 8 time had 40 all purpose yards and one huge 40 yard reception called back on a very suspect holding call , Anthony Abrantes was held in check 2 receptions for 30 yards and 1 pass for 20 , RJ Gossweiler was 8-12 for 68 yards passing !
Offense was held to 247 total yards
The defense really stepped up in 2nd half lead by Tyler Ciasullo with 9 tackles , Paulie Carsillo with 5 , Jude abdy ended with 3 tackles and 1 sack ! The special teams came up with what might have been the play of the game when Brody Fleming recovered a fumble in the kick off late in he 4th Quarter
The boys will get back to work this week and try and take home the CHIP !!Way to go BOYS !!
