We had some changes come up as we were getting our loan locked on and alAlex was able to provide options for my wife and I that made the mortgage work. We did have a two times there were a lack of communication, but on the second one as we were closing Alex was able to come up with a solution so that we could close on time. I appreciated his ability to work through the problems and provide solutions to address them.
