Assura Trust is pleased to announce that we have lowered our minimum funding amount to $75,000. This lower minimum funding amount means an increased ability to create a more secure financial future for injured people involved in worker's compensation, medical malpractice cases, cases involving children or any case with a duration of 20 or more years (including deferral period).

Today our Nation celebrates Juneteenth, which officially became a federal holiday in 2021 with the signing of the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act by President Joe Biden.

We encourage all to celebrate in a way that commemorates the past while looking to the future — creating a community of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
