On Saturday, October 7, 2017, The Saggy Bottom Rib Cook-off is celebrating its 7th year.. It will be held at Vixen Hill Winery in Palmyra, IL...Just 1 miles west of the former ToJo's Old No. 7 in beautiful downtown Palmyra. The success of this event is credited largely to our sponsors who lend their names and financial support to the event. Sponsor donations have helped the committee contribute thousands of dollars local organizations.
