Blink and you missed it! 😂
Today’s MCRTC Market Watch may have been the shortest meeting I’ve ever attended, but it was still packed with valuable information, great networking, and some of the best people in the business. ☕🏡
What made today extra special for me was seeing two longtime friends attend for the very first time.
🎉 Carm Miranda, Realtor, joined us today. A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to help Carmen with his mortgage financing, and it couldn’t have gone better. We actually closed a full month earlier than expected! When a transaction goes that smoothly, everybody wins.
📸 Scott Bunkelmann also made his first appearance at Market Watch. I’ve known Scott for years, and if you’ve ever seen his photography, you know why he’s so respected in our industry. Scott doesn’t just take pictures—he showcases homes in a way that grabs attention, creates excitement, and helps listings stand out. Professional, talented, creative, dependable, and a genuinely great guy. Realtors, if you’re not already working with Scott, you’re missing out!

We reviewed this week’s home tour, which featured seven homes after one cancellation, welcomed new attendees, and held our affiliate giveaways. The room was a little smaller than usual today, perhaps because summer has officially arrived and school is out, but the positive energy was still there.
