Coming November 20th: Exciting news from Nations Lending. Introducing favorable changes in Loan-to-Value (LTV) percentages for owner-occupied multi-unit properties! Owner-occupied duplexes are now increasing from 85% to 95% and owner-occupied triplexes and fourplexes are increasing from 75% to 95%.
