OMG! I ALMOST did my first ever facebook live right from the gym all hot and sweaty...but my time was up for daycare so I had to get the girls before they came and got me.....so now that it's quite for tonight here is why YOU NEED MAX!

I just started going back to the gym about a week and a half ago....so today for the first time I wanted to put Prevail MAX to they gym test. I took 4 sprays of just the MAX right before I went to the gym today. I wanted to see specifically how it helps me at the gym..So I had nothing else besides water..not even my favorite energy drink (Prevail Energy).

After my sprays I went out onto the floor and began my work out. I was feeling good, energetic, clear minded and I felt like the air around me was lighter..i noticed pretty quickly that i was doing really well with my weights. I was able to lift heavy and add more reps than I could do last week!

Next, I was looking for my cardio of the day. I used to love to do SPIN class. I looked over at the class that was just about to begin. I thought to my self...you are not in the cardio shape for this....your going to die...look at all those other people..its obvious I haven't done this lately ....BUT then I was like..you know what... I like a challenge... here I go. . . .

The instructor helped me get set up and we begin....this is when the magic really began to happen..my muscle memory kicked into gear ..and I was doing it! I able to KEEP UP and CHALLENGE myself throughout the whole class ....MOST IMPORTANTLY I DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE UP because i was GASPING FOR AIR OR Because My muscles FATIGUED !! I can't describe THE CONFIDENCE I FELT! I WAS SO EXCITED by the end I was on cloud 9! SWEATY AND HOT but on cloud 9... I DID IT!

So I just want to say thank You Valentus, for being the vehicle that is helping to take back my health and what I enjoy!!

David started drinking Slim Roast coffee at 306 pounds. This morning he was down 43 pounds!!!!
