🏡 Think you need a conventional loan to buy a home?

Most people are surprised to learn there are multiple loan programs available depending on their situation.

✅ FHA – Lower down payment and more flexible credit requirements

✅ VA – Eligible veterans and active military may qualify for zero down

✅ USDA – Rural areas can qualify for zero down financing

🏡 Things I Wish More Homebuyers Knew Before Applying For A Mortgage

After helping hundreds of families buy homes, here are a few things I wish everyone knew:

❌ Don't buy a new car.

❌ Don't open a new credit card for the "points."

❌ Don't move money around between 5 different accounts.

❌ Don't quit your job because you found something "better."

❌ Don't buy furniture for the house before you close.

✅ DO ask questions.

✅ DO have a game plan.

✅ DO talk to a lender before you start shopping.

I've seen people save thousands of dollars and avoid major headaches simply because they asked a few questions early in the process.
