Chuck started it. Mike carried it across borders, literally, launching Lewer Canada in 1978. And today, Nik and Matt are writing the next chapter.

What stays the same across all three generations? Honesty. Transparency. Doing right by people, clients, colleagues, communities.

Today marks 12 years with Scott Mylin on our team! 🎉

This year alone, Scott traveled to London with Mike and Matt to meet with our partners, helping prepare for and execute a trip that strengthened those relationships.

He’s also taken over leadership of our technology efforts, working closely with Madi on what’s ahead.

And when it came time to host our SiriusPoint partners, Scott secured tickets to a World Cup game in KC for an experience they won’t forget.

As Scott put it himself: it’s been a really fast 12 years.
We’re grateful for every one of them. 💜

✨ Leading project management on some really exciting projects
✨ Championing staff awareness & preparedness across the team

Help us celebrate Julia Miezal’s 1-year anniversary at Lewer Companies! 🎉

Julia is always eager to help and problem solve, no matter what’s thrown her way. When some teammates recently ran into tech issues, she jumped right in to make sure they had everything they needed to keep helping students and providers who were calling in. It didn’t go unnoticed. Julia racked up shout-out after shout-out from her teammates for stepping up.

She’s also been a key part of our WOW! Program, giving staff from across the company an inside look at how Lewer Companies supports students and schools every day.

Oh, and did we mention she speaks Polish? 🇵🇱
