News: The Conforming Loan Limit has increased just over 5.5% to $766,550.

What does that mean in plain English?
The loan limit increase allows for borrowers to purchase at a higher level.
In real numbers, a potential borrower can now purchase just over $806k home, while putting 5% down.

This is effective today for anyone I am working with.
