This information is a follow up to my post of 10/14/22. As previously stated, there are several ways to obtain investment funding depending on what the money is to be used for. If you want to buy a property in need of rehab/repair with the intension of "flipping" for a profit and need the funds for both acquisition and rehab/repair, there are lenders that specialize in these type of loans. We can put you in touch with one or more lenders that can offer funding for your deals that can act reasonably quick at reasonable rates with acceptable terms. If you have a different exit strategy in mind such as "flipping" foreclosure properties, you will need all cash to purchase. If you have contacts that will loan you their own money, this can be a great opportunity both you and the private lender. You as the borrower have ready cash to purchase property without the problem of funding your deal and the contact loaning you the money receive a a great return on their investment which is always secured by Real Estate. Folks that are not happy with the return their currently receiving on there investment funds, 401k or IRA, lending funds to real estate investors is a great way to achieve excellent returns, secured by Real Estate without the volatility of the stock market.
