The seller is willing to take a huge price reduction if I can get it sold. I'm talking over $75K but won't let reduce the price without somone wanting to write a contract. Does anyone have any buyer's looking to a renovation loan? The roof, ac, and water heater are 5 years old. The renovations would be for cosmetics only since all the majors are done.
