THEY told me I couldn’t buy a house because I didn’t make enough money.

THEY told me because I had student loans I couldn’t buy a house.

THEY told me that I needed at least $25,000 to buy a house.

Good thing I didn’t listen to THEM. I bought my home by myself making a decent salary but nothing crazy. I had a lot of student loans left to pay and a car note. Be careful on whom YOU get advice from when it comes to buying a home. THEY didn’t own a home and have never been through the process.
