Every month we donate books, brand new and like new, to local libraries, little libraries, kids organizations and more. As a life long reader who loves all thing books, helping children have access to books to nuture that love of reading is extremely important to me.

I recently received feedback that the weekly posts about books combined with me being a "Bookkeeper" lead the person to believe I was someone who kept books.
I 100% see the confusion! I do have my own extensive library of children's books and I do donate children's books, but "Bookkeeping" is keeping the daily accounts accurate for businesses, two very different types of "books".

So I will now be doing a monthly post highlighting some of the children's books donated. Honestly, we are donating more than 1 a week at this point, so it works out better all around. Less confusion and more books! No complaints here. :)

We had the best client call last week.

This small business owner literally said, "I'm doing a happy dance right now! I never thought I would do that with anything relating to bookkeeping!" 😂

We couldn't help but smile. While happy dances aren't always a guarantee, the relief our clients feel after we help them each month is. And that is pretty awesome in our opinion.
