into the hands of unarmed women across the nation while helping other women make extra money at the same time. The benefit of selling Damsel is that the market is untouched. Products like ours are hard to locate and husbands do not view this as a luxury item, but necessity. In fact, at our shows the husbands are our best salesmen. Security items can be intimidating for women to carry so we developed a product line to be safe AND sassy so that women feel like these products are meant and made for them. The majority of our items range in price from $10-$70.
1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. At a 12 person home party those numbers alone show women that statistically 2 of us will at some time have wished we had something to defend ourselves. We encourage home parties, but even more than that we encourage reps to get out into the community. Get into Real Estate offices where agents are showing homes to complete strangers. Or hair salons where stylists are in store fronts late at night. Waitresses/bartenders who walk to their cars with cash on them. College aged girls are 4 times more likely to be attacked.
