Big news! FHFA has officially increased the 2026 conforming loan limits, giving buyers even more purchasing power.

💰 High-cost areas: $1,249,125
💰 Two-unit: $1,066,250
💰 Three-unit: $1,288,800
💰 Four-unit: $1,601,750

Effective immediately, CMG will begin accepting loan applications at the increased amounts!
