**WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME MARKETING & COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR**

**Dennis Insurance & Payroll Solutions** is growing, and we’re looking for a **Part-Time Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator** to help represent our agency throughout the local business community.

This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day marketing position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out, meeting business owners, attending events, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our agency to make meaningful connections.

# # # What You’ll Do

• Represent the Dennis Difference Team at Chamber, networking and community events
• Build relationships with local business owners and community leaders
• Help identify potential referral partners and business opportunities
• Coordinate and support agency networking, sponsorship and community involvement
• Assist with social media content and capturing photos/videos at events
• Help strengthen brand awareness for our insurance, employee benefits and payroll services
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the Dennis Insurance & Payroll Solutions brand

# # # Who We’re Looking For

⭐ Outgoing, polished and comfortable starting conversations
⭐ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
⭐ Active or interested in becoming active in the local business community
⭐ Organized, dependable and able to work independently
⭐ Comfortable representing a professional organization at business and community events
⭐ Marketing, networking, sales or community-relations experience is a plus
⭐ Insurance experience is **not required**

**Part-Time | Flexible Schedule**

Some early-morning, lunch and after-hours networking events will be part of the position.

In this role, you’ll help facilitate our clients’ employee benefit programs from initial marketing through implementation, ongoing service and renewal.

**What You’ll Do:**
• Coordinate employee benefits marketing and renewal processes
• Assist with quoting, proposals, enrollments and implementation
• Manage renewal timelines and carrier requirements
• Communicate with clients, employees, carriers and our benefits team
• Proactively address client service needs and help solve problems

**What We’re Looking For:**
✅ ACTIVE **Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License — REQUIRED**
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized
✅ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
✅ Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
✅ Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✅ Employee benefits experience strongly preferred
✅ Most importantly—a **team player who wants to grow with us!**

This is a **part-time position expected to develop into a full-time opportunity soon** as our Employee Benefits division continues to grow.
