We were connected to Melissa and within a couple of hours had to meet, get acquainted, and go through the motions of getting another pre-approval. Melissa was so understanding and before even getting to the nuts and bolts, made sure we got to know each outher before hand. Once we got down to business she was kind, professional, and answered every single questions we had. She was extremely responsive and always available and made homebuying the most stress-free process possible! I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us make our dream home, ours!
