We had the pleasure of attending the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony for our client, Juniper Corner, a nonprofit children’s play space in San Leandro, CA.

The thoughtfully designed 5,000+ square-foot play space includes a mini town, foam pit, crafting areas, a low-sensory room, and yes, even a miniature Beneficial State Bank.

Projects like this are why we do what we do. The Dolores Apartments in Hillsboro, Oregon, will provide high-quality, affordable housing for 67 families. We're proud to be a funding partner.

Well beyond a roof overhead, residents have access to 1-4 bedroom homes designed for multigenerational living, a prime location, sustainability features, bilingual resident services, and ample outdoor space. It's a space built for families to thrive.
