Here is a little behind the scenes magic from GPS Creations Designs. Before any badge reel heads out the door, it goes through my final assembly process. This is where I attach the acrylic design to the badge reel, make sure everything is secure, and give it one last quality check before it gets packaged up and sent to its new home.

For these five beauties, I used my trusty Badge Bestie holder to make the process smooth and consistent. I also only use Specialist ID badge reels because quality matters to me and I want your badge reel to keep up with your busy workday. Whether you are in healthcare, education, emergency services, or anywhere in between, I want every piece that leaves my workspace to be something you are proud to wear.

These five were shipped out yesterday and are already on their way to their new owners. At the end of the video, you will see them tucked safely into my signature pink badge reel boxes, ready for their journey.

✨ PART 3 OF 6 ✨

Welcome back to part three of our X ray marker series! If you have been following along, you already watched me add the vinyl and UV DTF designs, then resin and secure the lead letters. Now it is time for one of the most satisfying steps of the entire process.

Today we are flooding each marker all the way to the top with resin. This step is what seals in those lead letters, protects the design underneath, and gives the markers that beautiful crystal clear finish everyone loves. Watching the resin self level is honestly one of my favorite parts because this is when everything starts looking polished and professional.

Every marker is carefully filled to make sure there are no gaps and that smooth glass like surface can form. It takes patience, a steady hand, and a little trust in the process. Once these are flooded, they will be ready for the next stage as we continue bringing these four sets to life.

The first box of Summerween blanks has officially arrived and I am way too excited about it. If you hear a little chaos in the background, no you did not. We are pretending everything is perfectly organized while I dig through this treasure box of new goodies.

Come hang out with me for a little unboxing and behind the scenes magic as I sort through all the new arrivals. There are so many fun designs in this batch and my creative brain is already working overtime. We have badge reels, shakers, X ray markers, balloon dogs, neon designs, and so much more waiting to become something amazing.

This is one of my favorite parts of the process because it feels like opening a box full of possibilities. Every blank has the potential to become someone’s favorite accessory, work buddy, or little piece of happiness.

Alright y’all, welcome to a little behind the scenes look at how I attempt to keep my craft room from turning into complete chaos. 😂 You guys are always asking how I organize all of my X ray markers, especially since there are so many different themes, designs, and sets floating around my workspace at any given time.

One of my favorite organization hacks is using these little acrylic containers that come with individual bags inside. I will link them below because they have honestly made my life so much easier. Today I am sorting all of my peanut butter and jelly X ray markers so they are ready to go when an order comes in. Every design gets its own little spot, every bag has a purpose, and everything is easy to find when I need it.

Now, does my workspace stay this organized forever? Absolutely not. Give me about ten minutes and one large order and we are back to controlled chaos. But for this moment, everything is neat, sorted, and ready for success.

Getting organized like this helps me process orders faster, stay on top of inventory, and avoid the dreaded hunt for that one missing marker set. ✨ PART 2 OF 6 ✨

Welcome back to day two of our X ray marker series! Yesterday we added all of the vinyl and UV DTF designs, and today we are locking everything into place. This is where the magic really starts to happen.

In this step, I am carefully adding resin over each design to protect it and create that smooth finish we all love. Once that is done, it is time to add the lead letters and get them positioned exactly where they need to be. Every set is checked, adjusted, and double checked before moving on to the curing process.

Then comes one of my favorite parts, sending them through the machine so everything can cure properly and become strong enough for everyday use. It may look simple in a short video, but there is a lot of patience and attention to detail involved in every single marker.

Rise and shine, everyone. If you are anything like me, you know that a busy month starts with a little organization. Before the orders start rolling in and the craft chaos takes over, I like to get my workspace ready for success. One thing I always do is take my reusable double sided gel tape out of the original packaging and store the rolls in these trays from Target. It keeps everything neat, easy to grab, and right where I need it when I am working on projects.

No worries if you are wondering whether they dry out this way because they do not. They stay perfectly usable and it makes my craft room feel so much more organized. There is just something satisfying about seeing everything lined up and ready to go.

So grab your coffee, tea, or favorite morning drink and enjoy this little ASMR moment as I reorganize supplies and prepare for what is shaping up to be a very busy month. The first 12 personalized Cricut multi tools have officially been packed up and shipped out to their new homes! I cannot even tell you how much fun it was seeing all the different glitter combinations, colors, and customizations that you all chose. Every single one had its own personality and style, which made this batch so much fun to create.

This video is a little behind the scenes ASMR moment as I package them up and get them ready for their journey. If your order was part of this first group, I hope you caught a little sneak peek and that you absolutely love how it turned out. There is something so rewarding about taking a blank tool and turning it into something that is uniquely yours.

Good news for anyone who missed out the first time. I have opened another 12 spots for custom Cricut multi tools. Just remember that I will be using my full turnaround time so I can give each one the attention and detail it deserves.

✨ PART 1 OF 6 ✨

Welcome to the first step of our X ray marker series! Over the next six days, I am taking you behind the scenes and showing exactly how these four sets of X ray markers come to life from start to finish. Today is all about the foundation. Before the glitter, before the resin, and before the final shine, every set starts right here with carefully applying the vinyl and UV DTF decals.

This may seem like a simple step, but it is one of the most important parts of the process. Every decal has to be lined up just right to make sure the finished markers look their absolute best. So grab your favorite drink, turn up the volume, and enjoy a little ASMR crafting moment while I get these bases prepped and ready for the next stage.

Tomorrow at 2 PM, we move on to part two and take another step closer to the finished product. If you have ever wondered how my X ray markers are made, this series is for you. Some days the crafting community reminds you just how special it truly is. Today is one of those days.

I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Jen and Mr. B at 🎀 ButterflyGiGi for this completely unexpected surprise package. When I opened it, I was honestly speechless. It was not necessary at all, but it meant so much to me. The kindness, support, and generosity behind this gift touched my heart more than I can put into words.

Being given the opportunity to represent your business as an affiliate is already something I am incredibly grateful for. To be trusted with helping share a company that I genuinely enjoy supporting is such an honor. Then to receive this thoughtful surprise on top of that was just the sweetest reminder of why I love this community so much.

Alright yall, let’s wrap up the week with one last behind the scenes video and one of your all time favorites making another comeback. The Evil Eye Badge Buddy has been flying out the door again, and honestly I can see why. The colors are gorgeous, the sparkle is perfection, and it brings all the good vibes wherever it goes.

In this video you get to see the process from start to finish, plus a special appearance from my tiny assistant. If you spot my niece helping at the beginning, make sure to give her some love because she always thinks she is the boss of the craft room. I am pretty sure she believes she owns half the supplies at this point.

As we close out another busy week of creating, packaging, and shipping, this feels like the perfect design to feature. The Evil Eye is often associated with protection, positivity, and keeping negative energy away.
