I would like to tell you all why a few of these are very special!

3 of them are what is called: Pathway 100 FHA. What is it? It is a down payment assistance program that can pay up to 5% of your down payment and closing cost. Most of my clients are receiving seller concessions on their purchase as well from 2% up to 6%. This means that I have three clients that are bringing minimal funds to closing if any!

If you know anyone that would be interested in a program like this, they would require a 640 credit score. The limit is 20,000 of down payment assistance funds!
