He allowed for this to be as smooth as possible after dealing with two failed deal prior due to financing. I couldn't have been happier as he was representing the buyers, but for sure gave care and assurance to my sellers that things were going to close. We couldn't have been happier with how this played out. We are eternally grateful and would absolutely love to work with Jim and Guild mortgage again.
