Nine glorious years and I’m just getting started!! Considering I’m only a 3rd grader in my Family Heritage career, I guess I’ve got at least 9 more years in me! Since I have my masters in real life, I’ll likely be with Family Heritage much longer than 9 more years 🥂

This weekend was one for the books. ❤️

The littlest two stayed home living their best lives with Oma while we jetted off to Texas with Cara and Kenny for our Family Heritage Mid-Year Meeting. We soaked up the sunshine, laughed until our cheeks hurt, ate way too much good food, and spent time with some of the best people you’ll ever meet.

Every year I leave this meeting reminded why I chose this career. Let’s be honest… I don’t know many kids who grow up dreaming of becoming an insurance agent. 😂 But what this career has given my family is so much bigger than a job. It’s flexibility, financial freedom, unlimited opportunity, incredible friendships, and the confidence that my success is determined by my effort—not my gender. I never have to wonder if I’ll be paid less than the guy sitting next to me for doing the same work.

Our agents are incredible. Our home office team is second to none. Our products truly make a difference. And the best part? The amazing clients who trust me to help protect what matters most. (I happen to think I have the best ones. ❤️)

Until next year, Arlington. Thank you for the memories, the motivation, and another reminder that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

These are the moments that remind me exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

I’ve been doing this long enough to know that insurance isn’t exactly the most exciting thing to talk about. Nobody wakes up hoping to have a conversation about cancer, accidents, heart attacks or strokes, or what happens financially when life takes a turn you never saw coming.

But THIS is why I’ll keep having those conversations.

One couple has received thousands and thousands of dollars in benefits from their Family Heritage coverage. Enough that they literally asked me, “What do people do with all the money? It’s above and beyond what our deductible was.”

And then another benefit payment came through… followed by a message saying, “That is amazing. Thank you so very much for helping us!” ❤️

But the part that means the most to me might be the surprise submission to Globe Life from Chris Schoepp:

“Hayli truly stands out as an amazing insurance agent who cares!”

I love working for a company that does what it says it’s going to do when people need it most. And I will never stop fighting to protect families and the assets they’ve worked so hard to build because I’ve seen firsthand what happens when the unexpected becomes reality.

You can think you’ll never need this coverage. I sincerely hope you never need it and get to collect all your premiums back at the end.

But when one of the worst days of your life comes, I want the conversation to be “What do we do with all this money?” instead of “How are we going to afford this?”

I have a feeling productivity is about to take a slight hit… 😎🌲

For the next week, we’re pressing pause and soaking up some family time in Eagle River.

No Peach Pops in production. 🍑❄️
No insurance conversations. 📋
No chores (or at least that’s the goal 😅).
Just the lake, campfires, boat rides, and making memories with the people I love most.

I’ll still pop on here and there, but if I take a little longer to respond, there’s a good chance I’m enjoying this view instead of staring at my phone.

My newest side hustle is making and selling the best frozen treat on the planet (in my humble, unprofessional opinion 🤣). Today we got to share some smiles and laughs with a client who is current battling cancer - all because of Peach Pops. ❤️

Moments like this are exactly why we work so hard.

Rick gave me permission to share part of his story.

Rick has been a Family Heritage client of mine for many years. Within the first two years of having his coverage, he suffered a stroke and had to use his policy. Since then, he’s relied on that same coverage two more times. Now he’s facing another battle—esophageal cancer.
