Annual dues are $140 per year and payble on or before February 1st. The accounting firm of Picek and Hollingworth, Norman, Oklahoma provides financial oversi

ght of the association. Dues are used to maintain the entrance, greenbelt area, and other activities during the year.

It’s beginning to look a lot like CHRISTMAS! After the annual routine of getting the electrical outlets working, the switch was flipped on at the neighborhood entry Christmas Lights displays. The entry is located at 36th & River Oaks (near the Mall) in Norman. Be sure and drive by and check it out if in Norman after dark!

Fence Rows Cleaned Up! The Cedar Ridges fences that back up to the Post Office parking lot were cleaned up and brush removed this past week by the grounds crew. The Post Office mows the green belt area on the southside between the fence and the parking lot.
