Mortgage rates have moved up and down for decades. The 2–3% rates we saw around 2020 were extraordinary, not the historical norm.

Waiting for the “perfect” rate might mean putting your homeownership plans, equity, and next chapter on hold for years. Instead of asking, “When will rates hit 3% again?” ask, “What makes sense for me with today’s numbers?”

You don’t need a perfect market. You need a plan that works for YOU. 🤍

I don’t know who needs to hear this but here is my end of year pro tip.

If you close in November on a home, your first payment won’t be due until January 1 and even better if you close in December your first payment won’t be due until February 1.

Mortgage questions rarely show up conveniently between 9 and 5. If something pops into your head at 9:47 PM, send it! Just know I may not respond right away, but I will get back to you as soon as I’m able.

❌ I don’t care if you think your question is silly.
There are no silly questions when you’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Mortgages can be confusing. My job is to explain the numbers, your options, and the process in a way that actually makes sense.

❌ I don’t care what your friend, parent, coworker, or group chat told you about buying a home. 😂
