In ancient thought is the Oxen which lead in many cultural context. The idea is Strength and Power. Power is the intentional force within a strength.

Interestingly, a man and a woman have strength in their individual function. Eishah (Woman) or אשהAnd Eish (Man) or א'ש: Both carry the Aleph (א). Neither is inclined but uses strength within intentional framework.

Your body is a temple.

Not in a distant or symbolic way—but in a living, breathing, sacred way. Every part of you carries intention, design, and purpose. Even your hair.

Your hair is not random. It is an extension of your identity, your energy, your covering. It holds presence. It frames your thoughts, your expressions, your being. It is part of your crown.

The world may teach you to overlook it, alter it without thought, or disconnect from it—but there is beauty in honoring what naturally belongs to you.

When you care for your temple, you are not being vain—you are being responsible. You are showing gratitude. You are recognizing that what you carry is not common.
Protect it. Nourish it. Respect it.

The temple is where you go to connect with the Most High—
It is within you.

“When You Don’t Know Yourself”

When a man doesn’t know himself, he becomes a stranger to his own peace.
He reacts instead of reasons. He defends instead of understands.
Every disagreement becomes a war, and every correction feels like an attack.

Not knowing self breeds confusion. Confusion turns to frustration and frustration matures into anger.
For when you are disconnected from who you truly are, every word from another feels like a threat to your identity.
But when you know who you are, when you have found your root in the image of Elohim, no insult, loss, or misunderstanding can shake you.

Anger is often the voice of an unhealed identity.
Peace belongs to those who remember their origin.

So, return to yourself to the breath, the truth, the stillness within.
Know yourself, and you will know peace.
Forget yourself, and you will always wrestle with shadows.
