PROJECT: KIDS PALACE DAY CARE
United Land RC LLC a USCIS designated EB-5 Regional Center approved on October 24, 2017 License # RCW1601954225/ID1601954225 is sponsoring the job creating project and will ensure that all EB-5 compliance matters with respect to the EB-5 funds are met with all the rights and responsibilities accorded under the laws of the State of New York.
The Kid’s Palace Daycare Project consists of the construction, development, and thereafter operational.
Kids Palace Daycare is a waterfront project which is located within the Borough of Staten Island, New York City, New York at the following street address, 841 Father Capodanno Blvd Staten Island, NY 10305.
The building will consist of 3 floors, totaling at 13,500 sq. feet.
According to the referenced economic analysis, the Project will create 93.5 jobs that are a result of the development of the Project. Therefore, each investor will be assigned approximately 13.4 jobs to meet the EB-5 capital raise of up to $3,500,000.
The EB-5 investors’ return on investment depends on the success of the Project and is not guaranteed, as the EB-5 investment is “at-risk” in its entirety (Matter of Ho Element). A principal amount of $3,500,000 will be repaid to investors with a 0.5% interest. As an Exit Strategy, the JCE may remit payment, seek refinancing, or sell the completed Kid’s Palace Daycare Project to a new owner/operator to facilitate EB-5 Investors’ exit.
The owners of the United Land RC are also the owners of the NCE, JCE and have 50% ownership of the Kids Palace Day Care.
Owners do not have any loans or mortgages therefore investors have a much higher chance to receive investments back on time compared to other EB-5 projects.
In our case the NCE has first lien on the JCE, which is why our investors are 1st in line to receive money back after a 5 year period.
