Are you a QuickBooks expert who naturally obsesses over client success and financial clarity? We are looking for a Senior Virtual Bookkeeper to take complete ownership of our international portfolio across the US and UAE markets.
At Excel Accountancy, we operate with a Day 1 Mentality. We are seeking someone who holds themselves to incredibly high standards and constantly looks for ways to invent and simplify accounting workflows. Your primary goal will be to help us build robust financial systems that allow our clients to scale without owner dependency.
The Details:
Role: QuickBooks Pro / Senior Virtual Bookkeeper
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 per month
What You Bring to the Table:
Deep expertise in full-cycle QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (QBO ProAdvisor certification is highly preferred).
Proven experience managing accounts and compliance for US or UAE clients.
A long-term thinking approach to solving complex financial reporting challenges.
A drive to automate and optimize processes to keep the business flywheel spinning smoothly.
